PAPI, the acronym for Performing Arts Programs Inc., under the direction of Mr. Chip Becker, President and Publisher publishes programs for such Austin arts organizations as: Ballet Austin, The Long Center, Austin Symphony Orchestra, Zachary Scott, Austin Lyric Opera, Paramount & State Theaters and Texas Performing Arts Center.

What do a Monday evening, a sophisticated Steak House, Wine Cellar housing over 500 selections of the finest wines from around the world and 30 of Austin’s most exciting people have in common? They are all elements of a relaxing Wine Tasting I had the esteemed pleasure to attend on Monday, August 2nd at III Forks in downtown Austin.
