Austin, TX
Austin , TX – April 13, 2010 – Women in Jazz presents Pamela Hart in Lady Day: A Tribute to Billie Holiday on Sunday, June 13, 2010 at the beautiful One World Theatre, 7701 Bee Caves Road, Austin, TX at 6:00 and 8:30 PM — two fabulous shows! This performance will feature Pamela Hart doing what she does best — classic jazz standards made popular by one of the best jazz singers of all time, Billie Holiday. Pamela will be accompanied by the James Polk Quintet. If you have ever attended any Women in Jazz Concert or heard Pamela sing before, you know you are in for an outstanding evening.
Women in Jazz is the same organization that brought you Dianne Reeves and Nancy Wilson. Now we bring you an encore performance of Lady Day: A Tribute to Billie Holiday. If you want to feel emotions you’ve never felt before, you don’t want to miss this show!
